The Farm at Rocky Top is a wedding and event venue, located in Salem, Alabama, situated on 339 acres of rolling pastureland and woodlands, just minutes from Auburn/Opelika.

Rocky Top Farms was established in 1973 by Robert and Faye Parkman as a family farm used for raising cattle, hunting, fishing, gardening and not to mention a great place for holiday gatherings, parties, family reunions and cookouts.  For many years, people have approached them about renting the farm for different events but up until now they had kept it just for family use. In 2015, their daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Joel Lawrence, wanted to share this wonderful place Jan's parents had built with others and started construction on the barn.

Constructed of rough cut pine, this 6300 square foot barn provides a wonderful venue for a country elegant or country rustic wedding or event.  Able to accommodate up to 300 people, The Barn boast three large black wrought iron and crystal chandeliers and plenty of old style carriage lights to give any event that special ambiance to create the perfect night. Fifteen sets of barn doors surround all the sides of the barn, that when open, provide you with a view of green pastures, a hayfield and a pond.
